Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
Welcome to Advanced International Aviation Academy ("AIAA", "the Academy", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.aiaviationacademy.com), landing pages, digital advertisements (including Google Ads and Meta Ads), and communication channels.
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or providing your contact information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.Scope of Services
Advanced International Aviation Academy is an FAA Part 141 and Part 61 flight training institution based in California, United States.
Our website and promotional landing pages are primarily designed to provide educational and program information to prospective students—including candidates residing in India—who are interested in traveling to the United States to obtain an FAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine Rating, or related flight credentials.
2.Eligibility & International Student Requirements
Admission to the Academy and participation in flight training at our California facilities are subject to strict regulatory, immigration, and security standards. By submitting an inquiry or application, you acknowledge and agree that:
- U.S. Visa Requirements: Enrolling in flight training requires obtaining an appropriate United States student visa (e.g., M-1 visa) and a Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) Form I-20. While AIAA issues qualifying institutional documentation to accepted students, the final decision to approve or issue a visa rests solely with the United States Department of State and consular officers. AIAA is not liable for visa refusals, delays, or administrative processing times.
- Aviation Medical Standards: You must satisfy the medical fitness criteria mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) (minimum FAA Class 1 or Class 2 Medical Certificate). Where license conversion in your home country is planned, you must independently verify and satisfy the medical criteria mandated by your local civil aviation authority (e.g., DGCA Class 1 Medical in India).
- Academic Prerequisites: Prospective students must satisfy minimum educational prerequisites (typically 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics, or recognized equivalent credentials) required for commercial pilot flight training and subsequent regulatory license conversion.
- TSA Security Clearance: Non-U.S. citizens must complete and obtain security clearance under the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Flight Training Security Program (FTSP) prior to commencing flight instruction.
3.Regulatory Compliance & License Conversion
- Training Standards: All flight, simulator, and ground school training conducted at our Sacramento, California base strictly complies with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR).
- DGCA / Overseas Conversion Disclaimer: While our training syllabus is tailored to assist international students in accumulating the flight hours, cross-country experience, and aeronautical proficiencies required for a Commercial Pilot License, the student is exclusively responsible for:
- Completing the formal license conversion process in their home jurisdiction.
- Passing all mandatory technical, air navigation, and aviation meteorology conversion examinations.
- Fulfilling any flying recency or localized skill-test requirements established by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in India or other national authorities upon return.
4.No Employment or Placement Guarantees
In compliance with international advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and aviation recruitment realities:
- Advanced International Aviation Academy does not guarantee airline employment, cadet placement, first officer recruitment, or specific starting compensation in India, the United States, or globally.
- Flight training equips students with certified FAA qualifications and aeronautical proficiencies; securing employment remains dependent upon individual performance, airline hiring cycles, economic factors, visa rights, and airline selection boards.
- Any testimonials, alumni spotlights, placement statistics, or student success stories displayed on our website, social media, or marketing materials reflect individual experiences and do not constitute an explicit or implied warranty of identical future outcomes.
5.Accuracy of Information & Fee Structures
- Informational Estimates: Program cost estimates, flight training hours, aircraft rental rates, and accommodation expense figures displayed on our website are provided for illustrative planning purposes. These estimates are subject to periodic adjustments reflecting aviation fuel price fluctuations, regulatory updates, equipment availability, and individual student learning pace.
- Binding Enrollment Agreement: Actual contractual fees, flight hour minimums, billing schedules, and withdrawal/refund procedures are governed strictly and exclusively by the formal Student Enrollment Agreement signed by the student and the Academy prior to arrival.
6.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced International Aviation Academy, its officers, flight instructors, directors, and corporate affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of:
- Visa delays, denials, or border entry refusals.
- Severe weather conditions or aircraft maintenance grounding impacting training timelines.
- Changes or amendments to DGCA, FAA, or immigration regulations.
- A student’s failure to achieve the required flight proficiency standards or clear mandatory written/practical examinations.
7.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- For digital advertising, promotional campaigns, and preliminary candidate counseling conducted within India, these Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of formal institutional enrollment, aircraft rental, physical flight instruction, or services delivered within the United States shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of California, United States.
